CEOverture...
New Year’s greetings from all of us at Fluorous Technologies. We look forward to another great year of progress in the fluorous world. As our last newsletter showed, the pace of fluorous advances is picking up and the community of fluorous researchers is growing. We’ll continue to highlight these advances as they happen in upcoming newsletters, but for now we’d like to highlight our own operations—consider it a station identification break—and show how we can provide you with fluorous solutions to your separation problems.
Cheers!

Solve Your Separation Problems with Fluorous
Most likely, you first encountered Fluorous when you were looking to solve a difficult purification problem. Perhaps it was removing the byproducts from a Mitsunobu reaction or maybe you wanted to do a quick purification on a peptide before HPLC. You might have needed a fast, solution-phase protocol for scavenging excess reagents and solid-phase scavengers didn’t fit the bill. Maybe you were looking for a technology platform that would work with your existing microwave or automated synthesizer. However you first came to us, we’re glad to have you here. Fluorous can help you solve these problems, as well as many others across the entire drug discovery and development process.
Providing You with Fluorous Tools and Solutions
Fluorous Technologies is the leading provider of fluorous materials, an innovator in new fluorous applications, and the premier source for fluorous expertise. Our two main product lines consist of over 200 distinct products and have set the standard for quality in the field. Our labs responded to customer demand by adapting fluorous separation techniques for high throughput applications. Nearly all of the major pharma, biotech, and life sciences companies along with academic institutions around the world have experienced the benefits of Fluorous. We hope that you will be the next person to find a Fluorous solution.
FluoroFlash® Products
Synthesis - Purification - Immobilization
The FluoroFlash® brand offers you total integration of your synthesis, purification, and immobilization workflow. All three can now be rationally designed at a strategic level: use FluoroFlash® reagents, scavengers, and tags with our FluoroFlash® SPE cartridges and you know exactly how to remove unwanted byproducts from your synthesis. Maximize the FluoroFlash® advantage to create microarrays by using FluoroFlash® protecting groups and tags, FluoroFlash® SPE cartridges, and FluoroFlash® glass slides to synthesize, purify, and immobilize your content. Fluorous Bioreagents
Tagging - Enrichment
Fluorous Bioreagents extend the power of fluorous separation techniques to the world of systems biology. Using the same techniques as in chemical synthesis, Fluorous Bioreagents allow for the enrichment of fluorous tagged compounds from complex mixtures. Enrichment of cysteinyl peptides from tryptic digests and amino acids from serum using Fluorous Bioreagents have both been reported. For more details on Fluorous Bioreagents, click here.
