Synthesis - Purification - Immobilization

The FluoroFlash® brand, our most widely adopted set of products, offer you total integration of your synthesis, purification and immobilization workflow.  Purification and Immobilization can now be rationally designed at a strategic level:  use of FluoroFlash® reagents, scavengers and catalysts with our FluoroFlash® SPE cartridges and you know exactly how to remove unwanted by-products from your synthesis.  Maximize the FluoroFlash® advantage by using FluoroFlash® protecting groups and tags, FluoroFlash® cartridges and FluoroFlash® glass sildes to create, purify and immobilize your content for the creation of microarrays.

Synthesis

FluoroFlash® products are applicable over all molecular classes and offer coverage compatibility across a wide range of chemical transformations.  They are used in the solution phase with regular organic solvents - no fluorous solvents required.  FluoroFlash® products are ready to use with your enabling technologies, such as microwave or automated aynthesizers.

Purification

Purification is at the heart of the FluoroFlash® platform.  With simple protocols for the separation of fluorous components from non-fluorous components using fluorous solid phase extraction (F-SPE) or fluorous liquid-liquid extraction (F-LLE), we're sure that you'll agree that it's easy to purify reaction mixtures with FluoroFlash®.  Our scientific staff has recently expanded the F-SPE protocols to high throughput and automated formats.

FluoroFlash®sorbents are available in a variety of formats including cartridges, plates or in bulk. Do you need FluoroFlash® sorbent in a custom format?  No problem, we can do that - just let us know!

Immobilization

FluoroFlash® glass sildes offer you an excellent option for creating microarrays.  Their non-specific binding, excellent spot morphology and high signal-to-noise ratio are sure to please.  FluoroFlash® slides are available in either bar-coded or plain versions.  As always, plesae contact us if you need a custom slide format.
